Holmesglen is one of the largest providers of vocational and higher education in Victoria. With a long and successful history of delivery in the vocational and higher educational space, Holmesglen has been always in front of technological advancements and used very rigorous criteria to select its partners, vendors and service providers.
Holmesglen’s relationship with EEMS (previously know as Monitor Business Systems) spans for more than a decade and was initiated by a small implementation of one of the first printer/copy cost recovery system in the sector. Over the years as the Institute’s confidence in the EEMS product and service grew and firmed up, Holmesglen expanded on a range of offering from EEMS and included kiosks, autoloaders, terminal readers, FTPOS and POS solution, card readers and card supply and various software applications and reporting tools.
Currently, the solution provided by EEMS covers hundreds of hardware devices across multiple campuses as well as providing supporting software for over 50,000 student enrollments per annum and satisfying over 3,000 academic and support staff members.
Throughout the years of our business relationship, EEMS demonstrated solid understanding of the Holmesglen environment and was able to deploy a range of market leading solutions which were closely aligned with strategic directions of the Institute, aiming at cost recovery and cashless payment systems.
